Now according to the parties involved they don’t believe any subpoena was ever served on their e-mail providers.So the only way they could have them is to steal them.So to be helpful here is

Keefe definitely did not write that list of "criminal acts." #1 She wasn't around for any of that, and #2 I don't think she would use a phrase like "fritter away," nor do I think she would know what "recompense" means.
There is only one person who wrote that document. Please note the absolute absence of his name.
Something Raniere in all his wisdom did not count on... intelligent women with big self esteem issues may eventually solve the self esteem issues. But the intelligence doesn't go away. And if you piss off/abuse enough of them, that vast armada of intelligence (with varying degrees of self esteem in recovery) will eventually turn and aim its sights on you. You opened up too many fronts, Raniere.

Dones and Woolhouse have pointed out what appears to be a flaw in NXIVM's legal strategy of claiming that Raniere has nothing to do with the company and its operations. I wonder how Keefe and all of NXIVM's legal mouthpieces are going to be able to talk their way out of this little conundrum

If one reads the Foley bankruptcy case, the origin of the criminal charges alleged by Vanfraud's baby-mama, Kristin Keefe, against Toni Foley is clear.
Vanturd committed those alleged criminal acts himself, under Foley's name and credit. Then put the blame on the dame, as usual. Anyone who has seen how Raniere operates knows he holds the pursestrings and sexually (or romantically) manipulates his front women into compliance.
How else could he, er, Keefe, have laid out "Foley's" business schemes in such intricate detail?
(Something that did not get past Judge Lynch, or the FBI who were simultaneously being 'informed' that Foley was a shop-a-holic, beautiful seductress, more interested in getting her hair done, etc.)
Keefe even laid herself out trying to seduce FBI horn dogs into bringing charges, according to eyewitnesses.
Too bad Keefe wasn't a better lay and they didn't go after the 'case' against 'Foley' or the truth might have emerged and backfired.
Time will tell. Only this time it isn't a single shot, here or there, nooooo, it's the whole minefield they've set over the years against dozens of innocents that will soon backfire.

John is recovering nicely and should be back with us in a couple of days. In the meantime, special thanks to the guys who have been doing the stakeouts and patrols at his house.

It's almost as if he wants credit for this leasing fraud scheme, while accusing his girlfriend of carrying it out!

To Clare and Sara Bronfman and whatever other ethical humanitarians are funding these numerous lawsuits - a little perspective:
Let's say your legal fees amount to, oh, $100,000/year. Yes, I know - underestimated but bear with me. These lawsuits basically punish suppressives (i.e. transgressors) when what you really want to accomplish is bringing joyful, ethical humanitarian good to the world (or so it would seem from your ethicalhumanitarian.com site). May I suggest:
LifeStraw - at $6.50 each, $100,000 can provide clean drinking water in a third world nation for about 15,380 people for a year.
PermaNet - at $10 each, $100,000 can protect 10,000 people against the ravages of malaria with a simple bed net.
Heifer - at $20 each, $100,000 can provide 5,000 families with a flock of chicks that will grow to provide nutritious eggs for food and income. Doesn't appeal to your vegetarian leanings? How about...
Trees for Life - at $1 each, $100,000 plants 100,000 apple trees to provide food and income for those struggling just to meet their basic needs.
Books for Africa - your $100,000 could provide 200,000 books to give the gift of literacy and learning to impoverished African communities.
Don't like any of those suggestions? Try charitynavigator.org, and I'll bet you'll find something that brings you a hell of a lot more joy and gives much more humanitarian and ethical bang for your buck than these endless lawsuits. Even my 7 year old can do the math on that - $100 painstakingly saved from his allowance is now at work providing 15 people with clean water via LifeStraw. I'll take his ethics over Keith Raniere's any day.
