Saratoga Springs DPW Commissioner Anthony “Skip” Scirocco declares DPW Office Supervisor and President of the City Hall unit of CSEA union Kathy Moran (2009 salary $62,258) makes the DPW budget.
The shocking truth is that, by definition, and clearly stated in NYS Labor Law, the fact that she is an office supervisor and now does the DPW budget clearly makes her MANAGEMENT. She thus is ineligible to be Union, let alone the Union BOSS!
We all new Skippy was a little light in the brain Dept and now by his own admission in his words not mine, he has a women who is hostile to the City and its taxpayers and who has filed numerous lawsuits against her employer running his Department.

She also has sued the City over her right to have a Mammogram and not use personal time, sick time or vacation time. She wanted as always for the city to pick up the tab.
No wonder Skip doesn't think he can cut personnel! No wonder he wants to hire more people! Ms. Moran is running DPW!

I heard from City Hall that Skip has been seen leaving city hall late, non meeting dates [9PM] around the same time as Moran.

This might not help Saratoga, but if the town of Halfmoon would pressure that route 9' “approved for a 24 hour internet cafe" that seem to be the NXIVM Club House to open as a cafe there could be some money for the city, county and state taxes if it was a business.
The people of Halfmoon did band together before and stop the building of the NXIVM World Headquarters in our back yard.
Now is the time to band together and rid ourselves of this “non- approved” club house.
If NXIVM gets away with this, before you know it, they will be lying to the Halfmoon Planning Board again about some other building.
If you drive by and there are cars in the parking lot, stop in with your computer for a cup of coffee and post on the blog.
When they refuse to let you enter, call the town planning board and complain.
The town planning board knows it's a club house when I called this week about their proposal for the café (NOT).
Until the good people of Halfmoon complain they are not going to do anything about it.
It’s up to us to be concerned or be taken over with other buildings in our area.
Just say NO to the NXIVM Club House. Make your calls and let the town officials know what you want. NO calls mean a yes vote for the NXIVM Club House.

Sorry for the outburst.I have been a Democrat for my entire life.To me the Democrats always stood up for the middle and working classes.In Saratoga we seem to have a Democratic Party who believes our taxes are to low,that the cities greatest problem is the lack of a new police station and that the working classes that slave to keep the the city running should all be bused out of town to sleep in barns in the hinderlands, safety away from the Chardonnay sipping Democratic elites who would like to see Saratoga become a gated community.
In fact their idea of a diversity is to have a Spanish speaking Democratic chairmen who claims his bloodline can be traced back To Queen Isabella.
On I separate note i don't tract posters who simply insult me. I just get annoyed by the ones who drive me off the road,break into my house or call the State Police to claim I poisoned the drinking water.
